Brian J. Hayes began his construction company journey in 2004 with the goal of delivering superior value and service to his clients by providing quality workmanship and competitive pricing, while building a lasting relationship through personal attention and performance that exceeds expectations. A life-long resident of Vero Beach, Brian is a husband and father of four. His love of family and his hometown extends to his employees, company, and clients alike.
A graduate of the College of Design, Construction and Planning from the University of Florida, Brian has continued to add to his extensive resume with licenses not only in general contracting, but also in roofing and plumbing. He is a well-rounded builder who is hands-on throughout every project, from design inception to the final finishing details. Brian wants his employees and clients to share the same priorities and values during each project that he would expect for his own family.
As Field Operations Director for Hayes Construction Group, Pierre Debus uses his 27 years of experience in construction to help bring customers visions to life. A father and grandfather to three, Pierre is a second-generation flooring installer and lifelong craftsman. He shares Brian’s philosophy of quality relationships and workmanship. Pierre uses his skills in carpentry, plumbing, electric and roofing in his project management duties daily.
